Spring is finally here!!!

We are so glad that spring has finally come to "the woods."   Sawyer is happiest when we are outside playing so we spend as much time exploring as we can.  It's been busy these past few weeks.  Easter came and went, we were excited to meet Brad and Clarissa's sweet new baby boy- Graham William-, the go cart races are finally over and our weekend of hanging out with "the gang" has come and gone.

All dressed up!

We had Kevin and Jody Degroot out for the weekend and the kids had fun eating breakfast
on the screen porch this morning.  Sawyer was sitting like a big boy with Breanna and Braden.
This was the weekend that Dave won 1st place at GPNY!  I don't have any pictures of the trophy he won.  It was a great weekend of friends and fun!
We set up the lawn sprinkler when the weather hit 90 degrees this weekend!
Sawyer had so much fun running through the water.

Sawyer's New Room

The other half of the painting in Sawyer's new room is finished.  We had Sue add a Mama bear and her little cub to the Moose that she already painted.  We think it turned out really cute and I can't wait to finish the room now.
I just love this little cardinal.

Sawyer, Sawyer and More Sawyer

Our baby is 19 months old and we don't know where the time has gone.  He brings us so much joy everyday. We can't remember life before Sawyer and can't imagine life without him.

Daddy and Sawyer all dressed up on Sunday
Sawyer has learned "give me five" and "respect"
Of course daddy taught him this.

A Day at the Park

We had some gorgeous weather a week ago and spent Saturday at the park with Sawyer.   He is a very busy little boy so running around at the park is fantastic!  Of  course this means that mommy and daddy are running around the park as well but this is good for us too!!
Mommy running after Sawyer!! A full time job
The slides are Sawyers favorite
I can still go on the slides too!!

Just some recent pictures

Just thought I'd post some new pictures of our little monkey!  I know Sawyer's Grandma's like to see what he's up to - so enjoy.

All smiles this morning!

Someday soon this wagon is going to be too small!

Don't worry, there is no Tylenol in that bottle.
This is Sawyer's favorite teether.

"Look what I found."

Babies past, present & future!

The past few weeks have been all about babies.  We snuggled with Landon, welcomed Grant Albert Knaggs, Gavin Cooper Knaggs, had a baby shower for baby Pikcilingis and enjoyed our "baby" who really isn't a baby anymore.  I don't know where the time is going but Sawyer is changing so quickly.  He is still a happy little guy who is constantly into mischief.  He keeps us on our toes.

We enjoyed dinner at Laura and Brian's recently.
Entertainment= Benjamin and Sawyer playing

Emma enjoying some candy at Clarissa's shower.

Clarissa's Shower was so much fun.
We can't wait to meet Brad and Clarissa's little bundle.

It is so fun to just sit back and watch Sawyer play sometimes.
His imagination is developing so quickly.

All dressed up on Sunday Morning with Daddy.

And Mommy (with Mr. Moose)

Meeting Gavin Cooper Knaggs.  Congrats Jason and Christina

Wow, as you can see, it's been a very busy month or so here.  Everyone is looking forward to spring and the warm weather that follows.  Sawyer loves to be outside but this winter has been so cold and windy we haven't spent much time outdoors.  It will be great to enjoy the sunshine soon.

Sawyer's New Room

The painting in Sawyer's room is all done now and I can't wait to finish decorating.  We are in the process of re-doing and moving Sawyer into a new room.  His room is going to have a rustic, Adirondack theme so the paintings really add to that feel.  We love the way it turned out.
I just love this little cardinal.

One side..... finished and awesome!

I wish I could take credit for the painting but
I only had the "idea" of the painting.

Thanks Sue for a fantastic job!  We all love it.
